Squashes and pumpkins are among the easiest vegetables to cook and combine. They go well with all dishes, in all types of culinary preparations, from the most rustic to the most refined, from starter to dessert. High season: October -> January
Anti-gaspi
Don't throw away the seeds of squash and pumpkins! Rinse them, blanch them for 5 minutes in boiling water and dry them in a cloth. Then grill them in a pan or in the oven with salt or spices. Particularly crispy, they are a hit as an aperitif or in a mixed salad.
