Our leeks
Resistant & Perfumed
Leeks are grown all year round and their prime period takes place from the end of April-beginning of May to the end of July.
Leeks are eaten cooked and are included in many dishes: soups, gratins, pies, etc. Anti-waste tip: Keep the green leaves that you cut before cooking your leeks. You can use it again in a bouquet garni which will flavor a broth or soup. You can also use them, finely sliced, in a quiche or savory tart.
